Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will combine OT security expertise with engagement leadership, client advisory, and business development.

You will work across engineering, operations, cybersecurity and technology teams to protect critical operations while ensuring safety, availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security/industrial automation experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments, industrial networking and systems like SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or similar OT guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security designs.
• Experience leading teams, managing client expectations and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Assess industrial environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense-in-depth measures.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance and related standards.
• Lead workshops with operational, engineering, cybersecurity and executive stakeholders.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, risks, timelines and budgets.
• Coach and develop engagement teams and review deliverables.
