Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer / OPEX to drive process improvements across manufacturing and maintenance, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and complex projects on the plant floor.

You will train operators, coordinate changes, support MES and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and provide cross-functional guidance. Relocation assistance is offered for candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environment preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work at Greenwood, SC site.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to develop improvements and layouts.
• Lead Shop Floor and Rapid Improvement Events to reduce costs.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee changes to the manufacturing facility.
• Support MES implementation, Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives.
• Create process maps, standard work, takt times and DOE for production lines.
