Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks an Operations Manager to lead G2 assembly operations at the Greenwood, SC facility. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while supervising two shifts and approximately 200 hourly staff. Relocation assistance is offered for eligible candidates.

The role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement, Lean practices, and effective change management to support growth and plant targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of manufacturing experience.
• Five+ years of people leadership experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/O-1/H-1B provisions accepted by Eaton.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct G2 assembly operations to produce and ship $137M+ in annual sales with focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor productivity and continuous improvement.
• Lead value stream managers and supervisors across two shifts with ~200 hourly employees.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste.
• Ensure adherence to personnel policies and procedures and model Eaton’s ethics and culture.
• Lead daily Tier 3 meetings and monitor progress toward goals and metrics.
