Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer / OPEX for an onsite role in Greenwood, SC. You will lead CI initiatives, improve manufacturing processes, plan capital projects, and support MES/ Industry 4.0 implementations.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing/CI; preferred 4+ years with Lean/Six Sigma and ERP/SAP experience. Salary ranges from $86,000 to $126,000 annually with variable incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Training and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Tools.
• Proficiency with PC and related software (Microsoft Office, ERP SAP, AS400, AutoCAD).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
