Responsibilities

• Creates throughput operational reports (turnover, first case starts, same day cancellations).
• Revises block schedules for all surgical areas.
• Onboards new surgeon practices with booking in EMR and operational support.
• Coordinates scheduling of non-block cases with physicians and offices.
• Leads process improvement discussions with leadership and IT.
• Communicates project status through reports and presentations.
• Supports Lean methodology across IT systems.
• Maintains and enhances OR applications; acts as SME.
• Works with OR leadership and supply chain on Vendormate management.
• Assists Surgical Services Leadership Team with admin duties.
