Jefferson Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse - Operating Room at the Abington campus. The role requires 24 hours per week, day shift, with Periop 101 completion preferred. This nurse will apply the nursing process, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with patients and families to ensure culturally considerate care.

Minimum qualifications include a specialized nursing diploma and PA RN license. Preferred BSN and 1 year RN experience in acute care.

Qualificações

• Specialized DiplomaGraduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• State RN licensure in the practice state (PA) and active status.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care practices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Delivers nursing care consistent with evidence-based practice and organizational protocols.
• Utilizes health information systems to document care and communicate with the care team.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement activities and committee work.
• Performs discharge planning and coordinates follow-up care with partners.
