Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of patient-and family-centered care and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff following Jefferson Health values and uses evidence-based practice.
• Identifies learning needs with patients and families and provides understandable education.
