Job summary

Jefferson Health nurse roles at Abington Memorial Hospital's Operating Room seek an experienced Registered Nurse for the Abington campus. This part-time position requires 24 hours per week, with a day shift, and preference for completion of Perioperative 101.

The nurse will use the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and ensure patient- and family-centered care while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Experience with discharge planning and medication administration.

Responsibilities
