MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to provide perioperative patient care in the intraoperative phase, including scrub and circulating roles. Essential functions include teamwork, adherence to aseptic techniques, efficient case preparation, and active participation in performance improvement and staff training.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license; MercyOneGenesis or equivalent license in IA/IL required at hire; other state license within 12 months.

Aufgaben

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently with minimal direction.
• Prepares for surgical cases efficiently, anticipating needs of patient, surgeon, anesthesia and OR team.
• Maintains aseptic technique and safe environment for patient and staff.
• Communicates effectively with patient, staff, physicians and families.
• Initiates room turnover and contributes to orientation and training of staff.
