MercyOne Genesis in Davenport, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to provide perioperative patient care in both scrub and circulating roles. The position supports neonate to geriatric patients and requires adherence to mission, vision, and values.

The schedule is 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) on day shift 10:00 am - 6:30 pm with on-call rotation; Iowa RN license active; BSN preferred; BLS; ability to work collaboratively in a shared leadership environment; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license (MercyOneGenesis - license in IA or IL) at time of hire; second state license within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently, with minimal direction.
• Prepares for surgical cases, anticipating needs of patient and OR team.
• Maintains aseptic technique and safe environment for patient and staff.
• Participates in orientation and training of new personnel.
