You will set standards of integrity and service, mentor the management team, manage P&L and inventory, and use local market insights to optimize operations while delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience required.
• Recent GM experience preferred for external hires.
• Must possess valid driver’s license to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-centric experiences and drive sales growth.
• Coach and mentor management team; monitor KPIs and EBITDA targets.
