P.F. Chang’s in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring immediately for a full-time Operating Partner or General Manager.

You will lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment, upholding brand standards and driving sales growth through collaborative leadership. The role requires progressive restaurant management experience, prior GM experience for external hires, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience required.
• External GM experience preferred for external hires.
• Valid driver’s license required for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI/EBITDA targets.
• Mentor and coach team members to unlock potential and grow talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-centric operations and drive sales growth.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, EBITDA, and financial performance.
• Develop management talent through leadership training and coaching.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork.
• Oversee inventory, cost of goods, and POS/operational systems.
