Job summary

P.F. Chang's in Omaha is seeking an Operating Partner or General Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales growth. You will set standards, mentor leaders, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will use local market insights, manage P&L, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the restaurant network. This role requires strong hospitality leadership and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Recent General Manager experience for external hires.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Strong sales growth mindset with KPI and EBITDA awareness.
• Mentoring and coaching across team levels.
• Inventory, COGS and financial controls understanding.
• Experience with POS, reservation and delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with a guest-centric focus to drive sales growth.
• Coach and develop the management team; oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Monitor KPIs and EBITDA; implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking in the team.
