Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Operating Partner or General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

You will guide operations with a strong focus on integrity, innovation, and superior service, leveraging local market knowledge to boost revenue while maintaining high culinary standards. The role requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience, with emphasis on coaching, financial control, and KPI attainment

Qualifications

When external hires; prior GM experience preferred.
Strong guest-centric hospitality mindset.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.
Coach and develop managers; set KPI and EBITDA targets; manage operations with integrity and innovation.
Apply local market knowledge to improve revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
Oversee inventory, cost of goods, and financial controls across restaurant operations.
