This full-time, salaried role requires progressive restaurant management experience, prior GM work for external hires, and strong leadership to mentor staff and manage P&L. Qualifications

• Requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Recent GM experience preferred for external hires.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel between locations.
• Strong guest‑centric mindset and passion for service.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting KPIs/EBITDA.
• Mentor and coach staff at multiple levels.

Responsibilities
