You will mentor managers, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain quality standards across guest experiences, service, and hospitality. Strong market insight and local leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires.
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations and duties.

Responsibilities

• Guest-centric focus to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue.
• Lead and coach team members; monitor KPIs and EBITDA targets.
