As a key leader, you will foster integrity, innovation, and top-tier service, leveraging local market know-how and strong leadership to drive performance.

You will manage operations, coach the team, and drive results through KPI and EBITDA targets while maintaining culinary and hospitality standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience required.
• External hires: recent GM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Strong guest-focused mindset with proven sales growth track record.
• Experience with cost controls, P&L, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with a guest-centric mindset to drive sales.
• Mentor and coach management team; conduct training and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and EBITDA to guide ongoing improvements.
