This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, as well as benefits like paid health insurance and unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
• In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
