Job summary

• 1+ years of experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Set up sterile field and scrub prior to induction; ensure instruments and supplies are ready.
• Run back table and mayo setup; ensure correct items are available and organized.
• Collaborate with the surgeon and team to anticipate needs and adjust as necessary.
• Support case sequencing and turnover to maintain efficiency and safety.
