Lockton is hiring Temporary Customer Service Specialists to support the 2026 Annual Enrollment season. You will conduct individualized benefits review sessions by phone and educate employees on their options.

Based in Overland Park, Kansas or remote, this 40-hour-per-week role offers paid training, a clear schedule from Monday–Friday, and weekly pay as a temporary W-2 employee. Prior customer service or benefits experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers, keyboards, headsets, and multiple technology platforms.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.

• Answer questions and provide accurate information.
• Guide employees through enrollment process.
• Use multiple computer systems to document interactions and provide a professional customer experience.
