This temporary assignment runs from late September to early December 2026, with shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in benefits, human resources, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive support related to Medical, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, STD/LTD, and voluntary benefits.
• Help employees understand new benefit plans, policies, and Open Enrollment updates.
• Support Open Enrollment activities, including team huddles, reviewing client materials, and communicating important updates to employees.
• Research benefit plans and respond to employee questions with accurate and timely information.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email interactions.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, including reviewing and entering information into HRIS and related systems.
