Lockton is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Specialist to support the 2026 Open Enrollment season. You will assist employees nationwide with benefits options, conduct benefits reviews by phone, and guide them through enrollment with clear, accurate information.

Paid training, weekly pay, a 40-hour work week, and a flexible work location (Overland Park office or remote for eligible hires) are offered during October–November 2026.

Qualifications
