Lockton Companies is seekingTemporary Benefits Coordinators to supportOpen Enrollment. You will provide administrative and employee support for benefits, helping staff understand their options during enrollment.

This seasonal role offers $20/hour non-bilingual or $23/hour bilingual pay, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for a temporary assignment from late September through early December 2026. You will communicate with employees by phone and email to deliver accurate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in benefits, human resources, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide benefits support for Medical, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, STD/LTD, and voluntary plans.
• Explain benefit options during Open Enrollment and updates to policies.
• Support Open Enrollment activities and communicate important updates to employees.
• research benefit plans and respond to employee questions with accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and handle sensitive information.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and entering information into HRIS and related systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
