Job summary

Lockton is seeking Temporary Benefits Coordinators to join our Lockton On Call team for Open Enrollment. This role provides administrative and employee support related to benefit programs and helps employees understand their options during Open Enrollment.

Position is a temporary assignment from late September to early December 2026, with 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and pay of $20/hour non-bilingual or $23/hour bilingual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in benefits, human resources, customer service, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by phone and email related to medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
• Explain benefit plans, policies, and Open Enrollment updates to employees.
• Support Open Enrollment activities and communicate important updates to employees.
• Research benefit plans and respond with accurate information in a timely manner.
• Enter information into HRIS and related systems; maintain confidentiality.
• Escalate complex questions to senior team members as needed.
