Job summary

US Digestive Health in East Norriton is seeking an Open Access Coordinator to handle referrals and recall lists, helping patients schedule through the Open Access Program. Under supervision, you will coordinate communications, collect forms, and support the Open Access team.

The role is full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with some training travel. A High School Diploma or GED and Medical Assistant Certification are required, with EPIC experience and Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Experience with medical office workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and work through a contact cadence (calls, text messages, MyLGHealth messages, letters) to help patients schedule through Open Access.
• Work off Recall lists through a contact cadence to help patients schedule through Open Access.
• Receive and distribute medical screening forms to the Open Access team.
• Monitors incoming text messages to the Open Access team and distributes or responds as appropriate.
