The Center for GI Health is seeking an Open Access Coordinator to support Open Access Referrals and Recall lists, assisting patients to schedule through the Open Access Program. This full-time role reports to the Open Access Supervisor and Manager, coordinating communications and scheduling across multiple channels.
Located at our East Norriton site, this position requires a High School Diploma or GED and Medical Assistant Certification, with preferred experience in a medical office.
Under the direction of the Open Access Supervisor and Manager, the Open Access Coordinator will work on Open Access Referrals and Recall lists to help patients schedule through the USDH Open Access Program.

This position is located in our East Norriton location.
The physical demands include sitting for long periods of time, repetitive hand movement due to extended computer use, and extensive phone and computer usage.
This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. No weekends are required.
Some intermittent travel may be required for training.
