Job summary

OUTFRONT Media is actively seeking an Account Executive in Florida to help clients build brands using our billboard, transit and digital media offerings. You will cultivate relationships, qualify leads, and manage campaigns from proposal through delivery with a focus on achieving sales targets.

The role requires 3+ years in media sales, strong communication and organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Local market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven record of exceeding sales quotas in the past two years.
• Strong experience managing customer relationships.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Experience selling digital and/or programmatic is a plus.
• College degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably media sales.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Independently manage time, travel and resources to maximize sales calls.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal creative department and clients to develop campaigns.
• Partner with various staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements.
• Assist in resolving billing and accounts issues.
• Maintain CRM usage and pipeline opportunities.
• Develop selling skills through regular training and development.
• Search out business leads and trending products.
