Job summary

You will install and configure desktops, printers, and peripherals, manage Active Directory access, troubleshoot connectivity, and use SCCM to push software and updates, ensuring users have the tools they need.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-user equipment and LANs.
• Experience with Active Directory and VPNs.
• Comfort with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up end-user hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and provide ongoing system administration.
• Support LAN, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including connectivity and performance problems.
• Install and configure desktop applications and utilize SCCM for pushing packages and updates.
• Manage Active Directory user profiles and access.
• Provide break/fix support for desktop computers and troubleshoot all hardware/software issues.
• Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
