Job summary

Hansen Talent Group in Florence, SC is seeking a strong IT Technician to provide end-user hardware support and LAN assistance. This full-time, contract role is 100% onsite with a collaborative team and clear opportunities for longevity and upward mobility.

You will install and configure desktops, printers, and peripherals, manage Active Directory access, troubleshoot connectivity, and use SCCM to push software and updates, ensuring users have the tools they need.

Qualifications

• Comfort with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

The LAN Support Technician will be responsible for providing hardware support to end-users to ensure business operations and objectives can be met.

Duties:

• Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment as well as provide on-going system administration.
• Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
• Install and configure desktop applications and utilize SCCM for pushing packages and updates. Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
• Manage Active Directory user profiles and access.
• Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
• Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
• Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
