What you’ll do:

• Provide hands‑on technical support for desktop computers, printers, and end‑user equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’ll configure, install, and maintain workstation software and hardware, monitor incoming support tickets, and ensure all systems are properly secured and backed up.
• Additional responsibilities include documenting configurations, assisting with troubleshooting and application testing, supporting LAN/WAN environments, and maintaining inventory of hardware and replacement parts.
