Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator for a 5+ month, on-site assignment in Rancho Cordova, CA.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage passes, coordinate events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks from greeting guests to coordinating vendor services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors entering the facility.
• Greet visitors with a friendly demeanor and issue passes per security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with presentations for groups.
• Coordinate and manage on-site events, meetings, and room setups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
• Coordinate facilities, maintenance work orders, mail, supplies, and onboarding.
