Accenture is seeking a Workplace Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies in Bartlesville, OK. You will handle end-user devices, conference systems, printers, and basic network tasks, operating under remote guidance.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software support with opportunities to grow in a professional enterprise environment. A minimum of 6 months in IT support and a driver’s license are required; CompTIA A+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Driver’s license and high school diploma or GED.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace tech.
• Assist with video conferencing, monitors, printers, and phones.
• Install and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, M365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support asset and CMDB records and ITSM ticketing.
