Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Client Support Technician to provide comprehensive onsite and remote end-user tech support.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, accounts, and connectivity issues while delivering professional customer service. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, mobile devices, and related IT systems with setup, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket management.

Qualifications

• 8 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• High School Diploma or higher in IT/CS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of Azure and/or Active Directory.
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Experience with end-user devices and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Respond to help desk requests through phone, chat, and in-person channels.
• Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing systems.
• Set up and configure new workstations and user devices.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Create user accounts and configure appropriate permissions.
• Maintain accurate hardware, software license, and IT supply inventory records.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex technical, system, or network-wide problems to senior system or network administrators.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to users regarding support requests.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Follow established IT support and security procedures.
