Job summary

Express Employment International is seeking a HQ Technical Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support for employees at the Oklahoma City headquarters. The role includes onboarding, asset deployment, inventory management, and maintaining organized IT spaces.

You will work primarily onsite, handling incidents through ServiceNow, emails and in-person interactions, while collaborating with IT teams to improve processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-on experience considered.
• CompTIA A+ certification strongly preferred; ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Certifications: A+, Network+, M365 Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HQTS support requests via email, phone, ServiceNow, and walk-up support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and access issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support to HQ users.
• Communicate status and resolution clearly to users.
• Escalate issues to appropriate IT teams as needed.
