Job summary

Red River is seeking a Systems Support Engineer II to join our onsite team in Ft Lauderdale, FL. You will provide premium IT support and workplace technology services to senior executives and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless computing experiences and strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT support, and certifications in ITIL, Modern Desktop, Apple ACSP, or CompTIA A+. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, maintain uptime, and communicate clearly

Qualifications

Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Apple ACSP, or CompTIA A+.
Experience supporting C-level executives or high-profile clients and their assistants.
Background in enterprise-level corporate environments; expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Strong knowledge of networking, VPNs, and enterprise security practices.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote troubleshooting tools.
