Job summary

Corporate Technologies LLC seeks an Onsite System Engineer Level 1 to join our Fargo team. The role involves providing hands-on helpdesk support at a customer site, installing and maintaining desktops, printers, and software, and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and network issues, assist with data migration, and support Exchange/Office 365 and Active Directory. Travel to client sites and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Helpdesk experience delivering user support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a wide range of users.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support at customer sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers).
• Install and configure software and operating system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Migrate data to new machines and decommission old equipment.
• Provide remote and onsite support to customers.
• Support MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration.
• Maintain a current driver’s license and move between sites as needed.
