Job summary

Pinnacle Technical Resources is seeking a skilled desk-side support technician in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems, providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidates will have over 2 years of experience in a hands-on support role, a valid driver’s license, and A+ certification. Additional certifications from Lenovo, Dell, or HP are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desk side support role required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and insurance necessary.
• Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair systems including hardware, software, and networks.
• Optimize product configurations at customer sites.
• Provide desk-side software support.
