You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practitioner attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community work.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
