Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building trusted relationships with clients in your community.

In this role you will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, year‑round Intuit experience, growing the local TurboTax client base and promoting financial empowerment.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their complete financial picture and guide them to the best Intuit solutions.
