Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions, from tax prep to advisory services, while building local relationships.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios and maximize refunds, with a focus on community outreach and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns prepared per season.
• Willing to upsell to additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
