Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, partner with a broad team of specialists, and help clients navigate personal and business taxes while staying compliant and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, addressing inquiries and guiding clients through tax-related challenges.
