Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax office in the United States. You will work with clients in person and online, guiding complex returns while linking customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources.

The role emphasizes community outreach, relationship building, and delivering a seamless Intuit experience with marketing support and cross‑product referrals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–5:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
• Build long-term relationships and support community engagement.
