Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build lifelong client relationships, deliver a best-in-class experience, and participate in local community engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service.
