Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work onsite with a team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help expand local client relationships using Intuit resources.

You will coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios, while promoting bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow a new TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
