Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients to a broader team of specialists for comprehensive financial service delivery.

You’ll engage with individuals and small businesses, help maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and grow the local client base through strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing tax returns and providing tax advice is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms to clients.
• Willingness to engage with local communities and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of personal and small-business scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, optimize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end tax services and connect clients with specialists as needed.
• Help grow TurboTax client base within the local community and maintain strong client relationships.
