Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and advisory support in person and virtually.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, helping clients understand their finances and maximize refunds in a personal, empathetic manner.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and perform tax planning.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in client meetings.
• Engage with customers in person and via video tools.
