Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while helping clients navigate complex tax situations and financial planning opportunities.

You’ll grow a local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service using Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/image for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit service by coordinating with specialists to address the client’s complete financial picture.
• Lead local events and utilize marketing tools to enhance brand awareness.
