Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across personal and business tax scenarios, with opportunities to cross-sell Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and manage outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping or payroll to broaden support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
