Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax Retail Experts to perform in-person tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. On-site role handling complex tax situations, client communication, and local business development.

Strong tax credentials and active PTIN required, with a 20-hour per week minimum in a front-facing retail environment. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing participation, and delivering a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Maintain PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for the future.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and marketing support.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
