Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver in-person tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products, helping clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios.

The role emphasizes community engagement, growing client base locally, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Onsite role is non-exempt with hours including Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
